If you no longer want your data to be stored in our system, you can request the deletion of your account and all personal data.
This page explains how to submit a data deletion request, what will be deleted, and what will remain for legal or security purposes.
1. What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your deletion request is approved, we will permanently delete:
- Your LearnSkill account
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Profile details
- Course progress data
- Quiz attempts, comments, and activity logs
- Certificates issued
- Any content uploaded by you (if applicable)
This deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered.
2. What Data May Be Retained (Required by Law)
Some data may be kept for legal, taxation, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as:
- Payment transaction records
- Invoices
- Refund history
- System logs needed for security
This retained data is minimal, encrypted, and never used for marketing.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account/data, email us at:

- Your Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Phone Number (if added)
- Reason for Data Deletion (optional)
We will verify your identity to avoid unauthorized deletion.
4. Processing Time
- Your data deletion request will be processed within 7–30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
5. Important Notes Before Requesting Deletion
- You will lose access to all purchased courses.
- All course progress, certificates, and achievements will be erased permanently.
- The action cannot be undone.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your data.
- Refunds are not provided as part of account deletion.
